Letter to our frontline workers
A Message From Our CEO,
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
April 29, 2020
To all of our frontline workers,
What the world has experienced over the last few months is unprecedented in our lifetimes. From one day to the next, reports from around our communities are hitting our homes and striking us at our cores. In over thirty years of experience in the maintenance industry, I’ve never seen anything like it myself. Yet, when our industry as a whole needed to answer to the call of duty, you stepped up first. While most of the country’s contribution was best served by staying safe at home, you had the bravery and dedication to put other’s interests ahead of your own and to take an active part in ending the threat of COVID-19 in our Country.
It’s been nearly 50 years since my father started A&A with three core principles in mind: health, safety, and the overall well-being of people. Since day one, you, our frontline workers, have been the key reason A&A has been able to grow from one family’s dream to the nationally recognized and trusted company we are today. Never has your commitment and value to this company been more obvious than in the times we are facing right now. For that, you have my deepest gratitude.
As the world plans for the return to the workplace, where we are all still unclear what normal will look like, your commitment to the work that you do day in and day out, 365 days a year, is what will make it possible.
Your diligence and dedication, although seldom spoken of, is the backbone of bringing our country back from this pandemic. Never forget it, because the world will not.
Thank you,
Armando Rodriguez Jr.
President & CEO, A&A Maintenance
